N.E.R.O Nothing Ever Remains Obscure is a walking puzzle game with a sad but beautiful narrative. Within the game you can collect 24 trophies, and this guide will tell you how to get them, as well as what order they appear in within the game.
My First Memento
Within each of the four sections of the game, you can collect pieces of a picture. When you pick up your first piece you’ll get this trophy.
You’ll get this trophy when you solve the very first required puzzle of the game. It’s very easy and impossible to miss.
Sphere of Light
This is another trophy you can’t miss. It will pop once your character gains the ability to use magic.
Do You Remember These?
Collect 6 fragments of a memory (picture pieces). You will get this trophy when you pick up any 6 of the 12 pieces in the Cave level. Check out my blog here to see their locations.
Complete the ‘Hear no Evil, See no Evil, Speak no Evil’ puzzle. This puzzle must be completed to move on with the story.
Meet up with the second character of the game. You can’t miss this trophy.
These Are Precious to Me
Complete an entire memento within the Cave level. You must find all 12 memory fragments while exploring the Caves. Click here to see a post on all locations for the Caves level.
Exit the caves. You will get this trophy as soon as you finish the first level of the game. This can’t be missed.
I Had Forgotten So Much
Collect any six fragments of memory within the Forest level. You can check out my collectible guide for this section here.
Find a way across the ravine. You must complete the puzzle right in front of the ravine in order to lower a tree trunk you can walk through. You won’t miss this trophy since you must solve the puzzle in order to continue.
It’s All Coming back To Me
Complete a memento in the Forest. Click here to see my guide to all of the pieces in the Forest level!
Exit the forest. This trophy pops when you finish the second level of NERO. This trophy can’t be missed.
Cherish the Past
Collect six fragments of a memory within the Hospital level. Click here to see my guide to all of the pieces in the Hospital level.
In the Hospital Kitchen, you’ll see menu’s on the wall saying that Tomato Gnocchi is served on Thursday. Play this level on a Thursday (Or change you’re console settings to Thursday) and look on the kitchen table to find a plate of Gnocchi.
Opening the Gates
Gain access to the large staircase on the 2nd floor. This stair case is blocked off by two sets of gates that must be properly maneuvered in order to get to the basement. There are another set of stairs on the first floor you can use instead to go down if you don’t want to solve the puzzle.

Exit the Basement. This can’t be missed and you will obtain it as soon as you finish the Hospital section.
Bringing Everything Together
Collect six fragments of a memory in the Desert level. Click here to see my guide to all of the pieces in the Desert level.
Follow the light. Once you’ve opened the final gate in the game, our narrator will speak and you will get this trophy.
All the grids are blue now. In each level is a grid puzzle that you must solve by turning all of the yellow lights blue. Upon completing the final puzzle in the game, and if you’ve finished the other 3 grid puzzles up until now, you’ll get this trophy.

Acquire all trophies within the game.
